Sea Watch is directly oceanfront. The condo is on the 7th floor with a private balcony overlooking the Atlantic, and it’s a short walk from the building to the sand.
How many people can the condo sleep?
Up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed, and the den/sunroom and the living room have a sleeper sofas.
Do you allow pets?
No. Sea Watch 710 is a pet-free and smoke-free property.
How does parking work?
Sea Watch has a guarded parking garage. One space is $75 (cash or credit) for the season from May 1 through October 31. Additional spots may be available first-come, first-served at the same price. Vehicle height is limited to 7 feet.
Are the indoor pool and amenities available year-round?
Most building amenities are seasonal. The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season — contact Vacasa to confirm what’s open for the dates you’re considering.
